Our phone inquiry moments ago to our highly placed contact inside the ITC has resulted in our being able to announce that the ITC’s announcement, when made, will proclaim "Threat of Injury" and will confirm, once and for all, that there will be NO retroactivity.

At the same time, however, our source lends credence to the concern that his offices’ decision, although requiring a further submission to secure an official DOC "Order", could be published as early as Tuesday of next week, making publication of THEIR decision the effective date duties are required.
